Hello @Abiogunfemi  thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board! It's nice to see you around @WendyB !

@Abiogunfemi let me help you turn on your Versa's screen. If the battery drains completely, sometimes it may take up to 5 minutes before the device turns on again. I recommend to press the back button if the device is not turning on after charging. If the issue persists, please confirm that your device is charging, for troubleshooting instructions including restart please see this article

@WendyB thank you for your efforts to help!

Keep me posted on the outcome!

I’m having the same issue. Has anyone found a solution to this? Restarting and shutting down has not worked at all. Please help!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @JackiRae79 !

Thank you for sharing your experience. I appreciate your efforts to resolve the issue by restarting your device. Do you see the Fitbit logo when you restart the device? Do the lights flash on the heart-rate monitor? Have you tried to charge your Versa and follow the rest of the troubleshooting steps?

Looking forward to your response!
