My Fitbit activities don't show up on Strava-Versa 2

Hello!

My Fitbit versa 2 and strava on my phone (android) are connected and synchronised  and it says that the activities  from fitbit will automatically show on strava but for some reason it doesn't  show any of them. I have connected it and disconnected many times now and also logged out and in several times, updated strava and Fitbit and it won't show any activity still.

What do I need to do?

Thank you for the information provided and for trying to resolve the issue with Strava before contacting us.

Note the following types of activities won't sync to Strava:

• Non-GPS activities
• Previous activities that weren’t tracked by Strava.
• Duplicate activities—that is, if you already recorded an activity with Strava, a Fitbit activity that occurs at the same time won't sync.

Your Fitbit Versa 2 uses the sensors on your nearby phone to capture GPS data (connected GPS). Please keep your phone close to your Versa 2 during an activity. For instructions on how to track your exercises, please visit this article.
