My app is only showing calories, not steps. How can I change it back? I have a Versa 2.

Thank you for the information provided.

 

Please make sure to have the latest version of the Fitbit app (3.39 iOS or 3.39.1 Android). For instructions on how to see your current version and update, please visit this article, open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?" and follow the instructions.

 

If your app is up to date but still unable to see your steps, please set up your Fitbit Versa 2 as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
