My Fitbit does not work and I can't get any help from the company

My FitBit started to get a glitch and I called and contacted Fitbit and I am waiting almost a month and my device still doesn't work and I was told that I would get a replacement and I have not received it any word from anyone as yet.   I have been having problems with my Versa, which I received as a Christmas gift almost a year ago this December.  I have been very patient and I have not received a word about it yet.  I'm very upset.  If anyone knows of a live person I can speak with, please let me know.

@MzLGummie I think the best would be to either give them a call or chat online especially that you have previously contacted them. Here's the link to Customer Support page where you can choose from various contact options.
