Hi @Mariogoesham Are you saying you just set your account up today? If it is saying the account is in use then you are probably trying to set up the account again instead of logging in. What are you trying to do when it tells you this?

Thank you but I fixed it yesterday but know my Fitbit is not connecting to my phone
