My Fitbit isn't working anymore

This morning I woke up with a total green screen on my Fitbit.

I tried to reset my Fitbit but it wasn't helping.

Now my Fitbit has a black screen and is not responsing on anything.

What can I do about it?

Hi, @ChristelvanVeen , oh dear!  In this case I would plug the Fitbit in as usual to charge.  Give it a good two hours charge, even if it does not seem to be responding.  After that, repeat the restart procedure:

 

  1. For Fitbit Blaze, Fitbit Versa, and Fitbit Ionic, press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. For Fitbit Versa Lite Edition and Fitbit Versa 2, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

You may need to hold the back button for considerably longer than the recommended 10 seconds, but hopefully this procedure will bring it back to life.

 

If that doesn’t work you will need to get in touch with Customer Support on contact.fitbit.com .  Please note that response times will be longer than usual given the current world pandemic situation.  Be sure to let them know the troubleshooting steps you have already tried as they will definitely begin by asking you to repeat the restart procedure.
