My calories on my Fitbit always seem to be way to high.
for example, yesterday it said I burnt over 5000 calories. Which isn’t possible as I was sitting down all day and I didn’t complete any exercise! my heart rate was a bit high as I was drinking alcohol all day.
My watch also isn’t tracking my sleep!
any advice??

@emily7 Is your heart rate monitor working? Have you tried restarting the watch and turning bluetooth off/on?
