If you mean the "auto-recognize" function that applies to "walks", "runs", "Aerobic Workout" and such and creates exercise records...
On the iOS app (should be similar on the Android app)...'
- Tap your account icon at the top left of the Today screen
- Scroll down and tap "Activity & Wellness"
- Tap "Exercise"
- Select the activity you want to have auto recognized.
- If the activity name is greyed out, then it is not active
- Tap on the activity you want to edit.
- If the "Auto-recognize" slide-button is not green tap on it.
- Tap on the "xxxxx Longer Than" tile and edit the value to the number of minutes you want.
- It you want to edit other "auto-recognized" activities tap the "Exercise" link at the top left or swipe right on the screen.
- When you are finished, tap on the "Today" screen icon at the lower left of the screen.
Hope this helps and welcome to the boards.
