My versa 3 won’t wake without depressing side button even though it is set to do so. Very inconvenient when the other hand is full

Hi @csalexander4446 I just want to make sure you checked that Screen Wake wasn't set to "manual". If you swipe to the right on your screen, make sure the icon on the second row in the middle (it looks like a Fitbit) is highlighted in green. If it is not in green and it's grey, then that means you have it set to manual screen wake.
