Hi.

my Fitbit isn’t charging when I put the Fitbit on the charger a notification on Fitbit tells me Fitbit is not charging. I am using the charger that came with my versa. Can you please help.

I have the same problem and I got the same message.  I have tried the recommended things to do, but nothing works.  My Versa is dead!   Someone please help us!   M.
