My Fitbit suddenly does not stay connected to my iPhone 8plus. Both say they are up to date. I have uninstalled app turned the watch off 3 times. I even reset watch. It will not stay connected. It loses time and is beginning to really frustrate me. 
help. What do I do?

I just purchased the Iphone 11 and I can't keep it synced with my versa lite.
