My Fitbit versa won’t turn on

My Fitbit versa won’t turn on, it’s only a year old. Very disappointing

Make sure it is charged and then try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

It didn’t work, I used a different charger and still didn't work. Any
other suggestions?

Hi I'm christine from Albany ny.  I just was having a unknown issue with my Fitbit.  Same problem.  I saw a video about it.  You have to hold the power button on left and lower button on right at same time.  It will reset the Fitbit.  It will power on. hopefully that'll work.
