My Fitbit won’t link to app despite following all the advice online

I have tried to turn the Fitbit device on and off by holding the side button down, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app, I have turned Bluetooth off and on on my phone, I have tried to u pair and forget the device and repair. Nothing is working from your suggestions and nothing will let my device pair with the app
