My Fitbit won’t turn back on

My fitbit ran completely out of battery and I have left it to recharge all day, and it won’t turn back on. I have followed the reset instructions and that hasn’t worked. The back of the fitbit after being off charge for a while got very hot also. Is there anything else I can try?

Hi @MegHopkinson , yes there is something else: since it was getting hot, call Customer Support about this problem. Regards kuzibri
