My Fitbit won’t turn on

I have had my fitbit versa for 2 years and only now it has stopped working it has been on charge for 2 hours and still hasn’t turned on I have tried everything online and my app say it’s syncing but the screen is completely black 

 

what should I do

Hi, @Issie246 - make certain it is actually syncing.

In the Fitbit App => click Profile photo => Device photo and Sync now - it should say a moment ago.

 

If so that is partially good news, click the Gallery tile and change to another clock face in case the one you are using has developed a fault.

 

Although the screen is black will it respond to a swipe left?

If the watch is syncing what is the battery level shown in the Fitbit App first screen?

 

If none of that works it may be the screen has gone or it got water inside.

 

You can try and restart it but it may not survive that [How do I restart my Fitbit device? ]
