I followed this instructions

Press and hold all the 3 buttons on your Versa, after a while a Fitbit logo will appear.

As soon as the Fitbit logo disappears, you need to release the right bottom button.

Hold the other two buttons until you fell a vibration.

But instead of turning on. my Fitbit keeps showing logo on and off all the time untill run out of battery.

@BubbleBee Thank you for explaining. Yes, this is the procedure for factory reset (wiping Versa) using 3 buttons. Did you feel a strong vibration? What happens when you put the tracker for charging? Does the logo still cycles? Please put the tracker in the charging dock for 2 hours. Remove and try rebooting it several times (be stubborn I really mean several times as the first try or two may be a no-go) by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until fitbit logo flashes. If this does not help, try performing factory reset again. Again, I would attempt several times. You will know you've been successful if Versa displays Setup screen. I know this sounds daunting, but factory reset is usually last option.

@Princessmex have you tried rebooting by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until fitbit logo flashes? if this does not help, press all 3 buttons and keep holding until logo flashes (for some it was 3 minutes).

I am running into a very similar problem, as of yesterday.  Worked fine in the morning, then the battery ran out while I was at work.  When I charged it, this issue started.  In my case, the screen lights up, but it's a black screen.  It will also vibrate occasionally.  It is syncing to the Fitbit app sometimes, and other times says there's "no device".

I've tried regular restart and factory reset, several  times each.  Tried changing clock faces via the app as well, recommended on a separate thread.  Is my Fitbit done for?  Please help!

My problem is slightly different.  My Versa 2 won't unlock.  Although there are stats for today on my Android phone, the App is trying to run setup.  The phone can't find the Versa.  My notebook can find it, but not connect.  When I try to reset I get the "Unlock with your phone" error.  Nothing I can find covers resetting the Fitbit when the Fitbit is locked.  Can a locked Fitbit be reset?
