My Versa 2 Screen and bottom stopped working

Three days ago, I noticed my Versa 2 vibrates consistently throughout the day with no notification on it, and when I tried to put my password in to unlock the screen the touch screen wouldn’t work. Also, the battery was dead by the time I got home from work. I charged it that day but the battery drained overnight with no use. The same thing with the battery happened today. I got little notifications on the Versa 2 throughout the day, the touch screen function wouldn’t work, and my battery no longer last past 24hrs. I’ve tried to restart, reset and do an update, but nothing has changed. Anyone else experiencing this ?
