my versa zone min not working  and fitbit said  reset it

- You don't see Active Zone Minutes in the Fitbit app or in the Fitbit Versa 2?

- Do you see an inaccurate number of Active Zone Minutes or is it just blank?

- What type of activities have you performed?

- Were you able to see that information previously?
