My Versa 2 battery is not holding a charge

My Versa 2 bought in 2018 has suddenly been getting less than 10 hours battery life! From 5 days to not even a whole day of daylight! I did add the SPO2 clock face which seems to have started it from reading other posts. But, I reverted to the default Fitbit simple clock face & battery life did NOT improve. I also soft reset the device, again to no avail.

I am on the latest listed Firmware, removed EVERY non-default app from third parties, never use the GPS, or stream music from my iPhone. I either have reached the limits of the battery life of the non-replaceable battery or SpO2 killed the device. I might as well get an Apple watch if I have to charge it every day. I have an old Charge 2 that suits most of what I need in a fitness device, but this battery life is ridiculous especially since it was created by a Fitbit released function/feature.

I've contacted support. Glad I didn't toss my older Charge 2. It works fine for what I needed anyway. Too bad enabling a "feature" blew away the battery life of an otherwise well used device. sigh...
