Having trouble with new update. My Versa 2 cannot find my internet signal.

If you haven't done so, please follow the troubleshooting steps in this article in the menu "Why can't I add a Wi-Fi network to my Fitbit watch?".

 

Whether you see any error please attach a screen shot for further investigation.
