My Versa 2 did a factory reset by itself.

On Saturday,  my Versa 2 did a factory reset by itself. Ever since it went into factory reset my watch buzzes like I am receiving a notification but nothing is there.

To try to resolve the issue, I would recommend restarting your Fitbit Versa 2 by following these instructions.

 

Whether this doesn't help, try setting up your watch as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab Fitbit log, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
