My Versa 2 didn’t count my steps this morning,  shut down and won’t come back on.

Hi @LelaNM 

I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Versa. Have you tried doing a reset? Hold down the button for 10+ seconds until you see the Fitbit logo. You might need to try this a couple of time, but it should wake up your Versa and correct the issue.
