New versa 2 ,not showing my walk when I take a 20 min + walk

Please make sure your walk is longer than what is set on your Fitbit account in the online site at fitbit.com > Settings > Devices > Versa 2 > Auto-Exercise Recognition.

 

Whether everything is correct but your walks are still not getting tracked, please restart your watch by following these instructions.
