My Versa 2 didn't reset my steps at midnight

My Versa 2 steps didn't reset last night.  I've tried a soft reset but that didn't reset it.

 

There was a firmware update this morning and I did that.  Didn't seem to affect it at all.

 

If I recall previously they usually reset the second day but I don't really want to wait if I can fix it now.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Versa 2. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.

 

Currently, there is no option to manually reset the information recorded by Fitbit devices. If this is the first time you experience this situation, please monitor your Watch and if it does it once again, please let us know.
