I’ve had my versa 2 about 5months and it has never consistently registered my heart rate, therefore not registering my sleep either.
I’ve tried everything that I’ve read on all the posts and customer support.
it’s a shame, I had an ionic for 3 years and it worked perfectly, I wish they still made it.
This post is my last ditch effort to see if someone has any miracle help.
If not , I’m investing in a whoop.

Please make sure to have the latest firmware version for your Fitbit Versa 2 (35.72.1.9). For instructions on how to check your current version and update, please visit this article, open the menu "How do I find the version number for my Fitbit device?" and follow the steps.
If you continue experiencing the same problem, please provide me with the following information:
- Do you see the green lights flashing in the back of your Versa 2?
- What do you see in the heart rate section in your watch?

Also, it’s just - - in the heart rate screen most of the time.
I tried wearing the watch higher up on my wrist, then lower.
I even shaved the hair off that part of my wrist, with the thought that it was preventing a good connection.
it registers for a little bit, than blanks out.
it almost never registers during the night, therefore I don’t have my sleep tracked
