My Versa 2 doesn't turn on

A couple of days ago my verse 2 battery was at 6% and shut off. I put it on the charger for a day. I removed it from the charger it vibrates when I press the button and then nothing else happens.  The screen didn't turn on anymore. The green light in the back keeps flickering but my watch is not responding to anything.I can't reset, do a factory reset. What is going on?
