My Versa 2 doesn't turn on

Hi my Versa 2 was a Christmas present and I love it. Yesterday it died. Just have an unresponsive versa, it was almost fully charged at the time. I have looked after it it looks just like new not even got it wet. I cannot get it to even turn on. The app cannot sync to it. Any suggestions to what I can do? Thanks
