Hi there 

 

my Fitbit Versa 2 has suddenly stopped working it had a full charge then gradually the screen stopped functioning bit by bit eg I couldn’t turn on the bike ride tracker as the bottom of the screen wouldn’t work. Today it’s just completely dead and my phone can’t find the device. Tried recharging but still dead. Thanks
