My versa has stopped working after about 18 months. It happens when I swim with it which I do regularly. It just goes blank after a swim until it dries out but then I have lost any data. My husband’s is also now playing up. Is this a common fault?

You should be able to wear your Versa 2 in a lake, pool, or ocean (up to 50 meters) without any problem. I would like to clarify it is not common experiencing difficulties after swimming with this device.
