Sometime around May-with one of the latest updates-since now my watch won’t connect/hold a charge/change screen-my watch face stopped working.
it’s in a state of permanent update (faint black screen with lines) no amount of turning it off helps reset the watch or letting the battery die for a day helps recharge the screen to anything other than faint black with lines.
this seems to be a recurring theme: once a newer model is launched updates to the older models aren’t as important so older models act up for a new purchase.
slightly frustrated when I’ve been a Fitbit owner since 2012 or so and my watches work great until just past the year warranty period before it’s time for a new one because a software update fires the insides.
