My Versa 2 has a black screen

So you upgrade the Fitbit Versa 2 and it stopped showing anything no heart rate no steps no sleep and now the screen is black what's up with you guys you're blowing it I love my watch and I would like it to work I would like it to work yesterday so please fix whatever problem the new upgrade caused

I have tried restarting it I can't even see the clock face it's black
there's nothing there before that it wasn't registering anything it's your
upgrade

My Versa 2 also just started displaying a black screen. Force rebooting briefly shows the fitbit logo and then it returns to black. I can feel the notifications vibration and it's still syncing, but the screen is always black. I believe the latest update broke the Versa 2, as in, mine was fine until the app updated. This is definitely a software issue and I'm appalled that it made it through any sort of quality control. This will be my last fitbit product.

Yeah I'm pretty upset about it my son gave me this for Christmas so I
haven't really had it all that long and I really really loved it but they
got to fix it or send me a new one they should do the same for you I am so
disappointed and I really do miss my Fitbit can't afford to buy a new one
