My Versa 2 has a black screen

I’m so upset! I read the directions online and confirmed I could swim in it, swam 30 minutes and it’s done. Screen is black, won’t turn on or reset even after air drying. I’m not sure if it’s been a year bc I ordered it on a Walmart pickup order. I would have to go through hundreds of orders online to try to find a receipt. So disappointed. I have heart issues post covid and this was my #1 resource in working with my doctors and providing data. Swimming is my current PT and doc suggested Friday that we see what my heart was doing during that activity. Confirmed watch was swim ready & went for it. I guess I’ll be converting to Apple Watch after being a long time fit bit user
