Is anyone having problems with their versa 2 not working? I noticed a few weeks ago the watch had got really slow scrolling to apps then freezing up. Yes, I’ve reset the watch numerous times. Now I’m just getting a black screen. I’ve contacted Fitbit and their response is we’ll give you 35% off a new device. No, I paid over $200 for a device that is broken after only a year and 9 months. My next step is an Apple Watch. This is the 2nd Fitbit device I even had issues with.

Yes, same here. If it doesn’t get fixed, I’m done with Fitbit. I’m sick of all their products breaking after a short time.

My screen went blank, too. I called customer support, they just told me to hold the side button down until I see the Fitbit logo. I told her my screen was black. Then the warranty department offered me 35 percent off a new One. Really? Do they think I want to spend $200 on the same watch?

Mine did the same thing today. Makes you wonder if there was a firmware update or something that made them glitchy seeing how several have reported the same thing. I just held the side button until I saw the Fitbit logo and then it reset. Now everything works.

Mine went also black after becoming unresponsive. Tried everything but nothing helped.
All advices given here and on the internet didn't solve the trick and I got stuck with an unusable watch.
And conveniently for Fitbit my watch is out of guarantee.
This was my second and last Fitbit watch/tracker. I switch to a different brand. (Still deciding)

Yes same thing happening to me. This is my second Fitbit and if this does not get resolved soon I am done with Fitbit. So far I am not impressed with this company or their products!
