My Versa 2 has a green flickering screen

Today my versa 2 has suddenly gone from working absolutely fine yo now having a green flickering screen or black screen. I have tried to restart the device but that's not worked. I'm lost without it can anyone help please.

What was the resolution? Mine did the very exact same thing today. Working fine and then I have a green glitchy screen. I'm going to get on the treadmill and see if it is still tracking. I've turned it off and on several times. Nothing.

Hi I contacted fitbit and they are sending a replacement. As it can nit be fixed.

Thank you, I will call them tomorrow. I'll have to be creative with logging for the next few days I guess.
