My versa 2 has a big red X on it and says "data not cleared sync and try again." It won't sync and it's blank unless I push the left button and that's when the red X shows up and then goes away in about 10 seconds. Before this happened I shutdown my versa 2 and this is what happened when I tried to start it up again after I shut it down.

I had this issue. Try adding it as a replacement device on the app. I did and I have got it working again. But keeps going back to a black screen. They say its the latest update that's causing all the issues. They need to fix it ASAP.
