My Versa 2 has an exclamation mark

Hi! My versa 2 has an exclamation mark & I cannot switch it on….been on charge for hours & still not working 😫😫😫

If you haven't done it already, please restart your Fitbit Versa 2 by following these instructions.

 

In addition, you can try to set it up as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1624321828122.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
