My Versa 2 has an orange/yellow screen

Has anyone managed to fix a screen like this before? Was working fine and then stopped, can't get rid of this screen.... Screen is undamaged with a screen protector on, was on my wrist when the issue began this morning. The app is still syncing and steps are still being counted so appears to just be the screen.... Any advice welcomed as I already feel lost with it not working
