My Versa 2 has connectivity and battery issues

I went to go update my Fitbit versa two and it’s not letting me —batteries Going down in a couple hours versus days and will not connect to bluetooth regularly —I have restarted both disconnected and reconnected Bluetooth forgot the device -tried everything —please help!
