Hi @Nanniejag. By flickering lights, do you mean the green LED? Restarting your Versa 2 might or might not help you with the flickering lights. Unfortunately, your battery issue is likely the bigger issue. Rechargeable batteries have a lifespan. Fitbits don't give you battery health, like many phone do. Your battery is dying. Your Fitbit is at its end of life.

Hi @LZeeW and welcome @Nanniejag to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Let me help you with the battery and the behavior your Versa 2 has presented lately.
From my point of view, i believe the flickering lights are related to the battery performance. However, i would need further details about this flickering behavior.
As @LZeeW said, restart can potentially resolve the issue.
In addition, your Versa 2 has optical heart rate sensors that use rapidly flashing green LEDs to detect changes in blood volume in the capillaries of your wrist.
If the battery won't hold a charge as usually does, see our help article "Extend your Fitbit device's battery life > Tips to extend your Fitbit device's battery life" and see if those are helpful.

Hi thanks I will have a look and see if that works.

Thanks everyone I thought it might have been the life span of the battery so will use until it won't hold a charge any more.

Hi @Nanniejag, Thank you for your response.
A reduction in the performance of the battery is expected through time. This being said, if at some point the battery life won't allow you to properly use your device, i would recommend to contact our customer service team. They certainly can give your additional assistance as they have better resources to investigate further.
