My Versa 2 has stopped working and the Fitbit chat isn’t working and can’t get support

My versa 2 has stopped working - just a blank screen and if I press the button and hold it nothing happens - when I log in to get support the chat isn’t working (seems to think I’m in US rather than UK ) and the phone number doesn’t work - help !!

Same has happened to me, cannot sync it, blank screen, but it shows its charging

Mine doesn’t even show charging won’t come on. Nothing. My phone shows it’s charged to 53% but it won’t come on.   What the ??
