Hi,
I have recently updated the Versa 2 soft as requested by the app and since I the BPM reading is incorrect on all my workouts.
With all the my workouts the Versa 2 reads a much lower heart rate compared to what it showed 1-2 weeks ago. For example, I'm doing cardio and jumps and it shows I'm 'below zones' which is not possible because I'm breathing heavily and sweating a lot.
I already reset the Versa 2 to factory setting and tried wearing it on a different part of my arm.
So....what to do? Because in this case is pointless to use the device.
