My Versa 2 increases the amount of logged water

When logging water in the fitbit itself it is showing as much higher. E.g. 500ml showing as 14,000ml. I then need to go in the app to delete it and re-input. 

 

Can the bug be fixed?

I'm sorry to hear that you experienced difficulties when logging water from your Fitbit Versa 2. Thank you for the information provided.

 

If you haven't done it already, please restart your watch by following these steps. 

 

In addition, you can set up your Versa 2 as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
