If I understand your situation correctly your Versa 2 is not showing the correct time. I apologize if I’m not understanding if this is not correct. If your Versa 2 is showing the incorrect time let’s make sure your first connected correctly to your Bluetooth. I did notice you said your Android phone or your iPad. Please not that having your Versa 2 connected to two devices can cause conflict. I’d advise to only connect to one device at a time. Try turning off your Bluetooth on your iPad but keep your Android phone on. Now look at your phones Bluetooth…is your Versa 2 showing as connected? If not try turning your Bluetooth off wait a few seconds then turn your Bluetooth on again. If this doesn’t correct the issue open your Fitbit App, tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap App Settings then tap time zone. Make sure your time zone is correct and also set to automatically. If your time tine is incorrect make the changes you need then sync your Versa 2 to accept any changes you made. If your time zone was already correct turn set automatically off, sync your Versa 2 then turn set automatically on and again sync your Versa 2.
Now following the same route as before…open your Fitbit App, tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap App Settings and this time tap location. Make sure your location is displayed properly and it says set automatically.
If the above troubleshooting tips fails to resolve the problem try restarting your Versa 2 by pressing and holding down the Versa 2 button until you see the Fitbit Logo then release the button. You will feel your Versa 2 vibrate telling you the restart is complete.
