My Versa 2 is adding extra amounts of water

Today morning i addee 200ml of water to my tracker and when refreshing it gave me randomly 6079ml of water added to my daily goal. Happened couple of days ago aswell saying i had drank 16liters of water. Why does it randomly add such amounts of water, quite annoying.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Versa 2. Thank you for the information provided.

 

To try to resolve the issue, please restart your watch by following these instructions.

 

Whether this doesn't help, you can set up your watch as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab Fitbit logo, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
