Hi everyone
Need some advise
So my phone broke and I used my mum's s10e to set-up my phone..I used my watch daily afterwards..all was fine..I was able to use the apps on the watch and the basic features..I then got my phone back from repairs (samsung s6).I was really excited to have my own phone.I then deleted my fitbit from my mum's phone and set it up in my s6..Sadly, 3 days later my LCD cracked and I had to send it back to the repair store..My husband now got me a new phone..Samsung A71..I downloaded my Fitbit app..but I have noticed that my watch isn't working well..I am sometimes unable to use the microphone or my calls and texts are delayed..I was wondering if it is because my watch is now set-up on two devices..my samsung s6 and my samsung A71...I was hoping that the repair store would be able to sort my LCD out and then I can delete the app from the S6....

Hi @Mandy29pillay I don't see it on the list of compatible devices? click to see
here is something a moderator posted about phones being compatible:
"Please note that your phone or tablet is not on our list of compatible devices. We confirmed that the devices on this list are fully compatible with all features of Fitbit devices and the Fitbit app. While a phone or tablet may not be verified as fully compatible, the Fitbit app may still work with your device.
We routinely test new devices to ensure full compatibility with Fitbit devices and the Fitbit app, and are constantly working to confirm compatibility with new phone models. Be sure to verify that your phone or tablet meets the minimum operating system requirements.
If your phone supports Bluetooth 4.0, we provide assistance and troubleshooting steps. Because your phone or tablet is not fully compatible with Fitbit devices, we can't guarantee syncing and other Fitbit features. "
