My Versa 2 is frozen and back button is not working

the button on the side of my versa 2 is not working and I cannot swipe across on it or see the time. It will turn on when I tap it but it all is says is off-hours and a description underneath. I’ve tried turning off-hours off but can’t seem to find it in settings like it says to do.

Thank you for the information provided.

 

To try to resolve the issue, please swipe left from your Fitbit Versa 2 clock face to see the Settings and scroll down until you see Always-On Display.  If it doesn't swipe, please press the side button. Once you've selected Always-On Display, you will be able to find Off-Hours between the options.
