My Versa 2 is literally deleting every step I take today

My workaround is to manually enter steps - but that obviously isn't a solution.

 

Did a reinstall, re-boot, IOS update....  Nothing.

 

Anything?

Thank you for the information provided and for trying to resolve the issue with your Fitbit Versa 2 before contacting us.

 

I would recommend restarting your Fitbit Versa 2. Whether this doesn't help, you can set up your watch as a replacement device:

 

  • Tap the Today tab Fitbit logo in gray, and tap your profile picture.
  • Tap Set Up a Device.
  • Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue. 

 

If you continue experiencing the same problem, please provide us with the following information:

 

- Do you see steps registered on your Versa 2 screen?

- Do they go back to zero on your watch when you sync?

- Does this happen with your other metrics too?
