In regard to my previous help issue, I was wondering if I did a shutdown or a Factory reset will it solve the issue of my Versa 2 from loosing time. If I sync it with my fitbit it resets itself. If I hit reset by holding the button for ten second it loses time. It shows less seconds.. Didn't have this issue before. I bought my versa 2 on Nov. 10th.

I would recommend setting up your Watch as a replacement device:
If necessary, you can change the time on your Watch by following these instructions.
