My Versa 2 doesn't update my step count when I walk normally only if I stamp my feet hard. I've reset everything and done a factory reset but nothing has helped. The same thing happened to my wife's Versa recently and I replaced it with a Versa 2.I won't be buying another Fitbit product if this can't be solved.
I think I may understand what's going on. The steps are only being counted when I swing the arm with the Fitbit while walking. I was holding a treadmill and walking.
