My Versa 2 is not calculating my distance correctly, not syncing to Strava

I have noticed that my versa is not calculating the correct km i am running on each run i do there is a big difference compared to strava.   I have tried resetting syncing ect makes no difference. i am having to run with my phone on strava as its a true calculation which defeats the object of why i bought the versa in the first place It will not sync with strava either??

Please make sure to have the latest firmware version (35.71.6.19) and the Fitbit app version (3.35 Android or 3.36 iOS).

To verify your current firmware version, please visit this article, scroll down until you see the menu "How do I find the version number for my Fitbit device?" and follow the instructions.

You can find steps to update the Fitbit app in this site in the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".

Please make sure to follow our instructions to register your exercises with GPS.

If your data is not syncing to Strava, please revoke the access with Fitbit and reconnect your accounts once again.
